My name is Tian Ci and I was born with Down syndrome and a heart defect. In August, I had surgery for my heart and I am slowly recovering from it. I am an active boy who can walk and play with my friends. Although I don’t speak yet, I understand what others say. I love to solve puzzles and figure out how things work. I like to help my younger “siblings” at Dew Drops Little Flower and so I am always busy doing something.
