My name is Cheng and I was only a few weeks old when I arrived at Dew Drops. I was hospitalized immediately for emergency surgery as my condition was worse than expected. I was born with anal atresia. It took me a little while to recover from the initial surgery. In August 2017 I had my second and third stage surgeries. The recovery road has been very long for me and I am still in pain at times. Luckily I have nannies who love me very much and take great care of me. In September 2019, I started attending the education center at my orphanage! In December 2020, I was transferred to the Family Model of Care and I am learning a lot in this new home environment.
